Roxana Garcia
Family System Specialist
Roxana has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from the California State University of Fullerton. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the California State University of Long Beach and will be graduating in May 2022.
Roxana’s role within the FSC is to manage the Family Coordinated Entry System. She provides her support and expertise of technical assistance, training, and data quality assurance to ensure families are able to receive crucial services in a timely and coordinated manner. She also takes the lead on data reporting for the Family Coordinated Entry System and ensures data quality and improvements.
Roxana enjoys working for the FSC because she gets to be part of an innovate collaborative that holds a passion to helping prevent and family homelessness in Orange County on system-wide level.
