Senior Family System Specialist

Jocelyn has worked in the non-profit field for the last four years helping to help prevent and end family homelessness. Her main focus is data quality assurance and improvement and working to make a greater impact on a Systems-level.

She helps support the Family Access Points in the North Service Planning Area of Orange County by providing Technical Assistance, case conferencing, and training to the Providers she supports. She also manages the Family Shelter Emergency Bed Reservation System for the participating Shelters in Orange County.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Jocelyn enjoys working for the Family Solutions Collaborative because she is able to collaborate with many different agencies with the same mission and goals to prevent and end family homelessness in Orange County.
